If it is finally time to get back on the exercise train after school holidays, summer festivals and parties, we have some at home you-tube workouts for you. These videos are great as they are FREE, you don't need to leave the house and you can do them at any time.

1. LIFT AND TONE YOUR BUTT
You-tube fitness star Rebecca Louise has a cult following, and for good reason! Her videos are fun, easy to follow and they work! This one is great for beginners, and who doesn't want a toned bum?! She also has a super cute puppy called Ralphie that features in most of her vids.
2. ALL OVER BODY DANCE AND CARDIO
Simone De La Rue is the Australian celeb trainer to Khloe Kardashian, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Gigi Hadid! Her method uses dance cardio and strength training ( with light weights) to get a dancers body. This workout will work up a sweat, strength and tone your limbs and have you feeling energised!
3. STRAIGHT UP CARDIO
Workouts created by Personal Trainers Kelli and Daniel have amassed over 740+ million views on You Tube! They make a great variety of workouts, with good lengths, so you can workout for a quick 10minutes right up to an hour.
This one is a good cardio fix, but mixes things up to keep you interested.
