A juice cleanse in winter, it sounds a bit harder than doing one in Summer right? But I actually thinks it’s easier! The cooler months are a great time to refocus on your health, and get back a bit of balance after the party season.
Social gatherings and engagements are far less in Summer, meaning a cleanse is easier to fit into your schedule.
And to make things even easier again, I have complied a list of little tricks that I use to make cleansing in Winter a breeze.
1.Herbal Tea: Sipping on herbal tea is perfectly fine between juices, and if you pick the right tea it can even help you cleanse. We love anything with peppermint/ ginger for digestion
2.Heat your almond milks- nothing better than a warming mug of spiced cacao almond milk at the end of the day. Heat your almond milks gently on the stovetop (avoid the microwave
3.Before you consume each juice- leave it outside the fridge for 10 minutes to bring it to room temperature,
4.Add a vegan bone broth to your cleanse- and sip half a jar when you crave something warm throughout your cleanse
