**New recipe- with less chilli**
This bowl will provide the fuel you need for the day. It was brown rice, with lots of green vegetables for maximum vitamin and protein intake. We add Sauerkraut for gut boosting benefits. The sauce is a healthy take on a Korean favourite- slightly spicy, slightly sweet- great for boosting the metabolism.
Ingredients:Kale, Cucumber, Brown Rice, Carrot, Coriander, Lime, Sesame Oil, Spring Onion, Turmeric Sauerkraut . Sauce: Rice Vinegar, Korean Chilli, Miso, Garlic, Maple Syrup and Tamari.
