Inner Ego will deliver your juice within the time frame and date specified by the customer at the time of checkout. Due to unforeseen circumstances, including traffic delays, we may have to deliver outside these time. Inner Ego will notify the customer if this is the case. Payment must be confirmed before juice will be delivered.
You must be home at the time of delivery to accept your juices, we cannot accommodate special requests for specific delivery time. We will deliver to the address stipulated at the time of checkout. If you are not home at the time of delivery our driver will call, and leave juices at your residence. Inner Ego accepts no liability for products damaged, stolen or broken or for any spoilage that occurs. We also accept no liability or damages for personal harm or sickness that occurs as a result of consuming juices that have not been stored correctly as per our instructions and product labelling.
Shipping rates only apply to stipulated postcodes within checkout and are subject to change without notice. If you select the wrong delivery rate we reserve the right to refund the order immediately without further notice.
Cancelling an Order
If you need to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. Orders must be cancelled 48 hours prior to 6AM on the date of delivery. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of 15% of the order total on all cancelled/refunded orders.
Additionally if you elect to pay via AfterPay, and request a cancellation/ refund, we reserve the right to deduct the associated after-pay costs, incurred to Inner Ego, from the total order amount, before issuing you a refund. These costs are currently 6% of the total purchase cost + 30cents per transaction. * Please note these costs are at the discretion of After Pay and subject to change at any time.
You must take a minimum of six juices to qualify for delivery. If you do not order this minimum we will automatically refund your payment and a new order will need to be placed.
If Inner Ego is unable to fufill an order for any reason we will contact you as soon as we are made aware, to discuss an mutually acceptable alternative.
We use local produce and seasonal produce. From time to time we may substitute ingredients for the closest local/seasonal alternative if they are unavailable to us.
