SPRING is here, and we couldn't be more excited to bring you the perfect seasonal cleanse. This cleanse is going to give you the kick start you need as we move into the warmer months and start to shake off those winter layers!
This cleanse is made for people who want a combo of food, juice and soups throughout the day, but they want to keep it light, fresh and healthy! The entire cleanse is made from plants, so you will give your system a rest from foods that tend to put excess strain on the digestive system like dairy, wheat, gluten and meat products. If winter has you feeling a bit unbalanced, kick start your Spring and get back on track with nutrient dense pressed juices, plant based meals and protein bars.
Our Spring cleanse menu contains a specially designed healing soup, containing fresh spring greens and lots of turmeric to reduce internal inflammation
WHAT YOU GET PER DAY:
1 x BREAKFAST POT- Menu is either Strawberry and Chia Seed, or Beet Berry and Coyo
4 X 375ML COLD PRESSED JUICES
#3- Orange carrot Lemon and Ginger
#4 - Beetroot, Red Apple, Carrot, Ginger, Celery and Lemon
#12 - Zuchinni, Green Apple, Spirulina, Spinach, Ginger and Lemon
#11 - Mint, Cucumber, Lime and Green Apple
1 X TURMERIC + LENTIL DETOX SOUP - Kale, Red Lentils, Basil, Water, Turmeric, Coconut Oil, Pepper, Spring Onions and Vegetable Stock.
1 x SNEAKY PROTEIN BAR
What you wont see in our cleanse is loads of plastic containers all ending up in landfill at the end of the week. We use glass for all our juices, soups and chia puddings. We opt for responsible consumption, please refer to our environmental policy for more info.
