This bowl also contains carrots, cucumber, pickled ginger and baby broccolini, so its a great way to get your 5 serves of vegetables easily everyday.
This salad is also high in antioxidants, fibre and mineral dense.
* This meal is very low in garlic ( we only use it for the sauce and its boiled and removed- so suitable for people who are sensitive to garlic)
