A new fresher take on an old favourite! This is a raw version of pad thai with a rainbow of carrot, red cabbage, capsicum and zucchini and snow peas. We also top this one with edamame beans for a good dose of omega 3 and spring onions for crunch
The sauce is a mix of peanut butter and lime, with some herbs thrown in for a delicious thai taste sensation! If your looking to up your vegetable intake this is your salad!
