Thinking about doing a juice cleanse, but unsure about how many days you should do? The length of your cleanse should be based on a couple of things.
What are you mentally prepared for?
If you haven’t done a juice cleanse before, it often isn’t the actual hunger that’s the problem. It’s the fact that we are so used to eating 3 - 4 meals a day and it’s a habit, which is very hard to break – even for a few days. Consider a shorter cleanse if you are a beginner.
What are you current eating habits like?
Are you eating a lot more calories than you should be at the moment. If so, a shorter juice cleanse would be a better option. Try 2 - 3 Days.
Are you a first time juice cleanser?
Then we would opt for a 1 - 3 Day Cleanse. A 5 Day cleanse is better suited to an experienced juice cleanser OR opt for a cleanse with juice and food, if you really want to go for a five-day cleanse.
What results are you aiming for?
If you are really committed and want results quickly, then a 3 - 5 day juice cleanse is going to get you the best results.
