The Restore Juice + Food Cleanse incorporates the best of both worlds with six cold-pressed juices and one fresh meal per day. A great option for first-timers or those on the fence about cleansing, this daily program is delicious, energizing and satisfying. A different meal is provided each day for variety.

Our house-made meals are raw and vegan so you still get the benefits of a detoxifying and restorative cleanse, but with a little more sustenance.

This program is available as a 2, 3 or 5 day cleanse. Please note that 5 day cleanses are only available for a Monday delivery.

Each day of the cleanse includes the following:

6 x 375ml Juices + One Vegan Meal/Soup

2- Day Cleanse

12 juices and two meals in total (6 juices + 1 meal per day)

3- Day Cleanse (one delivery)

18 juices and three meals in total (6 juices + 1 meal per day)

5- Day Cleanse (You receive two deliveries- Monday and Wednesday)

30 juices and five meals in total (6 juices + 1 meal per day)

Total 3496 kj-4120 kj per day (varies depending on the meal option for the day)

What order do I drink my juices in?

We recommend you drink your juices in the order listed, finishing with the meal in the evening, for optimum benefits:

3 day juice & food cleanse
I thoroughly enjoyed the 3 days. The juices were tasty and the meals were exceptional. I felt the best I have felt in a long time, during the 3 days and days after, to the point that I just want to continue with the juices and meals as my new regular diet. My head is clear, I didn’t get indigestion once, which is usually a daily occurrence, I was having better quality sleep, I felt energised…..I can’t believe the difference it was in just 3 days! Fresh and healthy
Done the juices before but tried the 5 day juice and meal cleanse.
This is a nice option with the fresh plant based meals as it doesn’t feel like a detox, you’re not hungry at all. The meals are big enough to have some for lunch and dinner. Along with the juices
