Each day of the cleanse includes the following:

• 6 x 375ml Juices + One Vegan Meal/Soup

2-   Day Cleanse

• 12 juices and two meals in total (6 juices + 1 meal per day)

3-   Day Cleanse (one delivery)

• 18 juices and three meals in total (6 juices + 1 meal per day)

5-   Day Cleanse (You receive two deliveries-   Monday and Wednesday)

• 30 juices and five meals in total (6 juices + 1 meal per day)

Total 3496 kj-4120 kj per day (varies depending on the meal option for the day)

What order do I drink my juices in?

We recommend you drink your juices in the order listed, finishing with the meal in the evening, for optimum benefits:

• #2-Pear, Lemon, Filtered Water and Cayenne Pepper
• #3-Orange, Carrot, Lemon and Ginger
• #4-Beetroot, Red Apple, Carrot, Ginger, Celery and Lemon
• #10-Green Apple, Cucumber, Kiwi, Ginger and Kale
• #7-Green Tea, Pomegranate, Strawberry, Red Apple, Tomato and Lemon
• Plant Based Meal/Soup (changing daily)
