This meal is supplied frozen for you to reheat at your convenience. Defrost in the fridge overnight, or simply remove the lid and place the container in a hot oven to defrost and reheat (you could also microwave. Make sure to remove the lid).

We have added chives for a flavour boost and chickpeas for additional protein. This salad contains lots of fibre and will have you feeling full without needing an afternoon siesta. We also add our house made coconut bacon for a unique twist.
