Please review the following terms that govern your use of our site, products, and services, as well as your participation in our rewards program described at the end of these Terms. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms.

Delivery Information
We will deliver your order on the date specified by you at the time of checkout. We deliver on Mondays and Wednesdays, between 4:30AM and 8:00AM. We are unable to advise the exact time of delivery, however you will receive a text message when our driver is 15-20 minutes away. Delays do happen, so we may have to deliver outside of these times on occasion. If we are delayed, we will let you know as soon as possible.
You will receive a text message when your order is 15-20 minutes away from delivery. You will receive a second text message to confirm that the delivery has been completed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and mobile number are correctly entered at the time of checkout.
Please make a note of any special delivery instructions at the time of checkout. For example, you can give us extra details if the property is difficult to locate or access, or if there is a security code to access the property. If we are delivering to a workplace, please make a note at the checkout and we can accommodate a delivery time after 8:00AM if required.
You must be home at the time of delivery to receive your order. The driver will place your order on your doorstep or a location they consider safe and reasonable, at their discretion. You will receive a text message confirming your order has been delivered. All orders left in this manner are at the customer’s risk. We accept no responsibility or liability for products damaged, stolen or broken, or for any spoilage that occurs. If the driver is unable to leave the order in a reasonable location, we will contact you to organise another delivery. In this case a re-delivery charge of $15.00 will apply.
Our products are raw, unpasteurised and do not contain preservatives. Therefore they should be refrigerated immediately and kept cold until consumed. Products should be consumed within the use-by date provided. We accept no liability or damages for personal harm or illness that occurs as a result of consuming products that have not been stored correctly as per our instructions and product labeling.

Once a month we offer free delivery to the Mandurah and Rockingham areas. The postcodes we deliver to in this area are: 6170 6167 6169 6168 6171 6172 6173 6174 6175 6210 6180
Please keep an eye on our social channels because we publish our Mandurah/Rockingham delivery dates there. You can also contact us to confirm the next available delivery date to this area.
Please note that we are unable to deliver Detox Meal Plans or 5 Day Cleanses to Mandurah/Rockingham, as these products require two deliveries.

Pick-Up Information
You can choose to Pick-Up your order from our Osborne Park kitchen if delivery is not available to you. Pick -Ups are available on Mondays and Wednesdays between 7:00AM and 9:15AM.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. Because all of our products are made to order, we cannot provide a refund if you cancel your order less than 48 hours prior to delivery. Please email info@innerego.com.au if you need to cancel.
If you cancel your order more than 48 hours prior to delivery, we can provide a refund however we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of 15% of the total order.
Additionally if you elect to pay via AfterPay, and request a cancellation or refund, we reserve the right to deduct the After-Pay fees incurred by us from your order amount, before issuing you a refund.
We work hard to ensure all our products and customer service are exceptional quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us and we would be happy to resolve the issue with you by replacing the products or providing a refund.

We use locally grown produce and seasonal produce. From time to time we may substitute ingredients depending on availability for the closest local or seasonal alternative. We use only natural produce with no additives, and as a result the colours and flavours of our products will vary from time to time.

Rewards Program
As part of the Benefits of being a member, your Rewards Points may be redeemed for rewards made available by Inner Ego from time to time in its sole discretion. You are eligible to redeem Rewards Points for a Reward if you have enough Rewards Points in your account. Rewards can only be redeemed online.
Rewards Points themselves have no cash value and can only be redeemed for Rewards. Rewards are never redeemable for cash, for another product, for gift cards or for e-gift certificates.
Rewards points are given for jar and bag returns, and must follow the reward point guidelines. It is at our discretion if your return jars meet our rewards program guidelines.
Inner Ego may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the Program rules, regulations, benefits, Rewards, eligibility for Membership, or any other feature of the Program (including assigning any of its obligations to customers under the Program at any time to another person or entity, without recourse) or may terminate the Program any time at its sole discretion, by posting any such changes on the Inner Ego website.

Our products are raw and unpasteurised, and must be stored correctly and consumed within the use-by date. Some of our products contain nuts and so our products are not suitable for people with nut allergies.
We provide all cleanse advice as a guide only. We make no claims as to the health effects of our products. You should always discuss your needs with a licensed medical practitioner before taking on any new health regime or deciding whether our products are suitable for you.

Competition Terms and Conditions
Employees of Inner Ego or our competition partners are not eligible for prizes in the competition.
We don’t accept responsibility for entries that have not been received for whatever reason. We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and the terms and conditions. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with the competition.
No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The winner will be notified by email/social media platforms within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
We will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final.

When you refer a friend via our Refer A Friend landing page, form or social link, they receive a $20 voucher and you receive a $20 voucher when they place their order. Yay!

Once your friend has made a purchase using their unique link, you will receive your $20 voucher via email. You will receive your voucher 5 days after they place their order.
All vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
