If you live outside our delivery area, you can still pickup from our address is Malaga. The pickup option can be selected at the checkout, and our address will be sent to you via an email confirmation. Please note that our address is a warehouse and we are not open retail hours.

We make your juices fresh to order and deliver them to you ASAP, so you can be assured you get the best and freshest cold press juice in Perth. Orders close 12 Hours in advance of the delivery or pickup day as our juice kitchen works to strict a deadline. If you have missed out, please call us on 0404 377 282 and we may be able to squeeze you in.
Our delivery drivers strive for accurate delivery time, however sometimes our delivery times may be delayed due to traffic. We will let you know as soon as practical if your delivery will be delayed.
Our products are fresh, raw juices and must be kept cold. We suggest having someone at home to accept the delivery and refrigerate the juices immediately. If you are not at home, our delivery driver will leave your order at your own risk. We will call you to let you know your order has been left.
Q: How do I place an order?

Q: If I purchase a 5 day cleanse, what days are delivery.
A: Our five day cleanses are delivered on Sunday and Tuesday afternoons between 3pm and 9:15pm
Q:Do I have to purchases juices with my order?
A: No, if you wish to just purchase our health food goodies, go for it!
Q:Are any of your cleanses suitable for breastfeeding mothers?
A: Yes, Our Seasonal cleanses are suitable.
Q: Do you have a store that I can drop in and pick up items off the shelf?
No we don't, our location is a warehouse/kitchen in Malaga. We only make to order, so we rarely have items left over. Please order online/ or call to avoid disappointment.
Q: Can I pick up my order from you?
A: Yes, you can. You can pick up your order on your nominated delivery date between 3pm and 5pm, our address is Unit 3 / 11 Vale St Malaga

Q: What days do you deliver?
A: At this time we are only delivering on selected dates, these are available when you add the products to your cart. We make all our juices fresh to order, so you get great tasting nutrient dense juice.
Q: What is the cost for delivery?
A: We deliver to selected suburbs for $15.00. Please refer to our delivery page for selected postcodes. We also offer instore pickups for all customers outside this area. We offer FREE DELIVERY if you spend over $150.00!
Q: Do I need to be home when you deliver?
A: No, we can leave your package if you are not home. But we suggest you are home to receive your delivery as our products are highly perishable, and need to be kept cold at all times. We will always send a text message to your nominated number if you are not home.

Q: What is the shelf life on your juices?
A: All our products have a 3 day shelf life, please consume within this time frame. Once you have opened the bottle please consume within 2 hours for best taste.
Q: My juice has a lot of ‘separation” occurring? Is this normal, is the juice safe to consume?
A: Yes. As our juice contains no additives, natural settling and separation will occur. This is normal, in fact it is a good sign of a pure juice. Just remember give each bottle a good shake before drinking.
Q: Is your juice gluten free?
A: Yes all our juice are Gluten Free.
Q: Are your juices Dairy Free.
A: Yes also dairy free!
Q: Is your juice safe for people with Peanut/ Nut Allergys?
A: Although we take the utmost care in preparing our produce, we cannot guarantee the product has not come into contact with nuts before it reaches us. Our # 8 is an Almond Milk and contains almonds, and may contain traces of other nuts including peanuts.
Q: I notice some of your juices have tea in them, do they contain caffeine.
A: Our #7 Juice contains Green Tea- however it has been decaffeinated. We only use Green Tea that has been decaffeinated using a natural method that uses water or carbon dioxide. This process retains the polyphenols in the tea. The caffeine in decaf green tea is between 2-7mg
Our number #2 juice contains Fujian White Tea which has less caffeine than other varieties of white teas.
As a comparison your average cup of coffee contains approximately 75-120mg of caffeine.
Q: What does ‘raw’ juice mean?
A: Our products are not pasteurised or pressure treated so they are considered raw products, and they have not been heated above 37 degrees. This means that more of the naturally occurring vitamins, minerals and enzymes are maintained within the product.
Q: Is there anyone you would not recommend drink your products?
A: Yes, we do not recommend our juices for the elderly, small children or with conditions that may affect the immune system. Pregnant women should also seek medical advice before consuming unpasteurised/raw products.
Q: What is your Revive Juice Cleanse?
A: Our revive juice cleanse is done by consuming 8 juices per day over a 2 or 3 day period, in place of your normal food intake. Our cleanse is designed to give your body a break from digesting solid foods, gently detox the body and eliminate unwanted toxins. The Revive package will also flood your body with essential vitamins minerals and enzymes, after all you are consuming a high amount of raw fruit, vegetable and nuts.
Q: Do I get instructions with my Revive Juice Cleanse package?
A: Yes, we provide you with detailed “how to” instructions with your cleanse- these are emailed to you after purchase. (please check your junk email as it can end up in that folder) You can also find a "how to prepare guide" here . Q: Why do you use glass bottles, they are heavy!
A: We use glass to maintain the purity of our product. They also allow us (and you!) to recycle.
Q: Will you pick up my bottles if I want to recycle them?
A: At this time we don't have the facilities to pick up glass jars, unless you have placed another order. If so please give your jars to our courier upon your next delivery.
Q: Do you cater for special events, markets or corporate functions?
A: We certainly do! Let Inner Ego make you a custom batch of juice for your next product launch or corporate event, we can add your company logo to our bottles for extra impact! Cold press juice is also great for conferences or meetings, instead of fuelling your employees with coffee and sweets why not a healthy burst of energy and refreshment to keep them going.
